Rimersburg, PA (June 27th, 2013) – Although the World of Outlaws Late Model Series will be invading the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania this Thursday through Saturday for the annual ‘Firecracker 100’ super late model event, sprint car racing teams, and enthusiasts alike, should not fear; as a large number of ‘regular’ sprint car events, as well as ‘special’ events, flood the upcoming section of racing season. Scott Priester, a Western Pennsylvania sprint car regular, will join-in on the busy stretch of sprint car competition throughout the next week; beginning this Saturday evening, June 29th at the Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania. Priester, who wheels two different ‘410’ sprinters week-in and week-out in Western Pennsylvania, will be heavily involved in the sprint car racing world throughout the next week; which includes appearances with the non-wing Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series (B.O.S.S.) and the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions.

Scott Priester will kick-off his upcoming racing schedule with an appearance at the Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania on Saturday evening, June 29th. A weekly ‘Saturday Night Live!’ racing program is scheduled at the facility; which features all of the track’s weekly divisions vying for points towards their respective track championships. Priester, who is a one-time winner at the speedway thus far in 2013, will once again pilot the Martha Dionise owned no. 15 ‘410’ sprint car at the Mercer oval this Saturday night. The Priester/Dionise duo currently finds themselves third (3rd) in the Mercer Raceway Park ‘410’ sprint car track championship standings entering this week’s program; trailing defending track champion and current point leader, Eric Williams, by 54 markers. Visit www.mercerracewaypark.com for more information.

Once action is wrapped-up at the Mercer Raceway Park, Scott Priester will turn his attention towards the Americas Motorsports Park in Clearfield, Pennsylvania for a marquee sprint car event on Wednesday, July 3rd. The ‘410’ sprint cars will be making their first Americas Motorsports Park appearance of the 2013 season this Wednesday evening, July 3rd; highlighted with a 30-lap main event, awarding $3,000 to the winner. Scott Priester will pilot his own Priester Racing no. 11 during the ‘Independence Day’ special at ‘AMP.’ Check out http://www.americasmotorsportspark.com/ for all of the details.

Scott Priester will once again make a non-wing sprint car appearance; this time on Friday evening, July 5th at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania. The Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series (B.O.S.S.) will be making their first Sarver, Pennsylvania appearance of the season on Friday night, July 5th; bringing with them a stout roster of non-wing, ‘410’ sprint car competitors; including fellow Western Pennsylvania native and full-time B.O.S.S. competitor, Brandon Spithaler. The B.O.S.S. series, which sanctions non-wing sprint car events in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Indiana, will highlight their Lernerville Speedway invasion with a must-see main event; awarding at least $1,400-to-win and $250-to-start. Scott Priester, who pilots his own Priester Racing no. 11 during non-wing competition, qualified for a B.O.S.S. main event at the Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania earlier this season; finishing seventeenth (17th) officially in the main event rundown. The Rimersburg, Pennsylvania native will end his busy week of sprint car competition on Saturday evening, July 6th with another appearance at the Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania; this time, to square-off against the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions. The UNOH All Stars will roll into the Mercer 3/8’s mile oval on Saturday evening, July 6th; ready to do battle against the best that Western Pennsylvania has to offer. The event, which is a rescheduled program from earlier in the season due to inclement weather, will be highlighted with a $5,000-to-win main event for the ‘410’ sprint cars. All of the stars and cars of the UNOH All Star tour will be on hand at the Mercer bullring; including Tim Shaffer, Dale Blaney, Danny Holtgraver, Cap Henry and Caleb Helms. Scott Priester will have an opportunity to beat the UNOH All Stars for the first in his career on Saturday evening. The former Challenger Raceway sprint car track champion will pilot the familiar Martha Dionise owned no. 15 sprint car for this event.
