SWEDESBORO, N.J. (April 9, 2024) – It’s only April, but it’s never too early to plan ahead, as Bridgeport Motorsports Park, known to most in the open wheel world as the “Kingdom of Speed,” is happy to announce their season-ending Dirty Jersey Finale, which will headline the Swedesboro, New Jersey, oval on Friday and Saturday, November 1-2.
Gettysburg, Pennsylvania’s own Danny Dietrich, driver of the all-too familiar Gary Kauffman Racing No. 48, will co-promote the Dirty Jersey Finale alongside Bridgeport Motorsports Park, working together to not only give New Jersey fans one last opportunity to witness some of the best open wheelers in the business, but simultaneously offer Pennsylvania Posse hopefuls one of the last major paydays of the season.
The Dirty Jersey Finale will kick into gear on Friday, November 1, with a full practice session, followed by a full program awarding $10,000-to-win on Saturday, November 2. The events are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. and 3 p.m., respectively.
The USAC 360 non-wing sprints and 358 modifieds will join the 410 sprinters on the weekend card.
“I’m excited to team up with Bridgeport Motorsports Park in bringing the Dirty Jersey Finale to life. They are really passionate about the sport, as well as offer a great facility to host a program like this. It should be a home run for fans and racers alike,” Danny Dietrich expressed. “We have some details to iron out, but we want the fans to go ahead and mark their calendars now. It’s something nobody will want to miss.”
