Indiana, PA (July 13th, 2015) – For the next three weeks, Indiana, Pennsylvania’s Gregg Satterlee will join some of the nation’s most talented super late model teams during a road trip through much of the Midwest. “We’ve spent a lot of our season so far racing pretty close to home” said Gregg Satterlee, “We wanted to get out a little bit this summer and hit some bigger shows and race at some new places. Hopefully everything goes according to plan and we can hit all of the scheduled races during the next three weeks. Some of these events have a lot of history and prestige. It will be fun to be a part of that. ”

After the ‘Silver Dollar Nationals’ on Thursday through Saturday, July 16th-18th, Satterlee will pack up and venture back east towards Quincy, Illinois where he will join the World of Outlaws Late Model Series at the Quincy Raceways on Thursday, July 23rd. The former Appalachian Mountain Dirt Late Model Speedweek champion will rejoin the World of Outlaws Late Model Series again on Friday and Saturday, July 24th & 25th; entering the ‘Prairie Dirt Classic’ at the Fairbury American Legion Speedway in Fairbury, Illinois. The 2015 edition of the ‘Prairie Dirt Classic’ will be worth $26,000 to the winner after 100 laps of green flag competition.

On Tuesday evening, July 28th, Gregg Satterlee and the ‘22’ operation will revisit the Shawano Speedway in Shawano, Wisconsin; once again joining the World of Outlaws Late Model Series. The ‘USA Nationals’ is on tap that weekend at the state-of-the-art venue, awarding $50,000 to the main event winner during the finale on August 1st.

‘The Truth’ will turn his attention towards Midwest Latemodel Racing Association competition on Monday and Tuesday, August 3rd & 4th; joining the regional series for a pair of events in the state of Iowa. Satterlee will visit the Farley Speedway in Farley, Iowa on Monday, August 3rd for ‘Monday Mayhem,’ followed by a trip to the West Liberty Raceway in West Liberty, Iowa on Tuesday, August 4th.

Gregg Satterlee will conclude his tour of the Midwest back in action with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series during the 33rd Annual Sunoco North/South 100 at the Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky. The prestigious super late model program will award $50,000 to the main event winner on Saturday night, August 8th, with practice and preliminary competition preceding the event on August 6th & 7th.

“We are going to be all over the place” said Satterlee, “It is going to be a challenge, but we are ready for it. We’ve been preparing to do this for quite a while. We want to put ourselves in good positions during the entire trip and contend for some wins. This trip will be a great test for our team. I think if we can go out on the road for a long time like this and be competitive, it will put us in a great mindframe for future trips. We’re anxious to get to Nebraska this weekend.”

During recent super late model competition, Gregg Satterlee picked up a victory at the Hagerstown Speedway in Hagerstown, Maryland on Saturday, July 4th. It was Satterlee’s fourth victory of the 2015 season and his second at the Hagerstown half-mile. ‘The Truth’ will work for a fourth career World of Outlaws Late Model Series victory, as well as a career-first Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series victory, during his trip to the midwest.
