Zearfoss Ready for Loaded Weekend in Central Pennsylvania
‘Jonestown Jet’ Earns Back to Back Top-Ten Finishes

Jonestown, PA (July 14th, 2015) – A full weekend of ‘410’ sprint car competition sits ahead for Jonestown, Pennsylvania native Brock Zearfoss. The ‘Jonestown Jet,’ who recently earned back to back top-ten finishes in central Pennsylvania, will enter three consecutive events during the upcoming weekend and work to keep his top-ten streak alive. Zearfoss, pilot of the Brock Zearfoss Racing, Moose’s LZ Bar and Grill, Central Builders Supply, Leach’s Automotive Service, Meckley’s Limestone, no. 3Z ‘410’ sprinter, will visit Williams Grove Speedway, Port Royal Speedway and Susquehanna Speedway Park this Friday through Sunday.
“We had a good weekend” said Brock Zearfoss, “Friday we were pretty good. I was a little impatient at The Grove and used my tires up too soon. We were just a tad too tight on Saturday at Port Royal. Regardless, it was a good weekend for our race team. We have a lot of people who dedicate a lot of time to this program. Having a solid weekend like we did is extra motivating for everyone. We have a lot planned this weekend so we’ll try to keep our results inside the top-ten again.”
Brock Zearfoss will visit the Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania on Friday night, July 17th. The ‘Outlaw Tune Up’ will be on tap Friday night at the world famous half-mile dirt oval; awarding $4,000 to the main event winner. The ‘Outlaw Tune up’ will feature a full World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series format to help better prepare central Pennsylvania teams for the upcoming WoO invasion on July 24th & 25th. Zearfoss finished ninth during his last appearance at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday night, July 10th. The ‘Jonestown Jet’ now has two consecutive top-ten finishes at the prestigious venue.
The familiar ‘3Z’ operation will return to the Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania on Saturday evening, July 18th. A regular program for the ‘410’ sprint cars will be the main attraction at the Juniata County Fairgrounds half-mile dirt oval. Zearfoss finished fifth during feature action at ‘The Speed Palace’ on Saturday night, July 11th.
Susquehanna Speedway Park near York Haven, Pennsylvania will host a ‘Sprint Car Sunday Special’ on Sunday evening, July 19th with the ‘410s’ and ‘358s/360s’ on the entertainment card. Zearfoss will join the field at ‘SSP’ to complete his three race weekend with the ‘Pennsylvania Posse.’
“We like these long weekends” said Zearfoss, “Helps us stay focused and it allows us to get the maximum amount of seat time. That’s the only way we are going to improve.”
