JONESTOWN, Pa. (March 18, 2024) – A slow start to the weekend ended in a positive manner for Brock Zearfoss and Brock Zearfoss Racing, ultimately capturing their first World of Outlaws top-ten score of the season in a Saturday night stay at Cotton Bowl Speedway in Paige, Texas.
Zearfoss, who finished tenth in his top-ten appearance, put together a sound preliminary effort to set-up his eventual accomplishment, qualifying fourth overall before winning his respective heat race. The Jonestown, Pennsylvania, native raced on to finish sixth in the evening’s Dash.
As noted, Zearfoss’ weekend at Cotton Bowl Speedway started off a touch slow, concluding Friday’s A-Main in the 17th position after starting 15th on the evening’s grid.
“This is a big step for us,” Zearfoss, ace of the Moose’s LZ Bar & Grill, Heavy Equipment, Loaders & Parts Inc., C&D Rigging Inc., Klick Lewis Cars, J.P. Adamsky Trucking, Milton Hershey School, EnTrust IT Solutions, Berkebile Oil Company, No. 3Z sprint car, explained. “It takes some time to build a comfort zone, but I think we’re where we need to be. A lot of gratitude for my team. They never stop working and it shows. We’ll work to close out Texas with a pair of top-tens this weekend.”

Brock Zearfoss and Brock Zearfoss Racing will continue their 2024 World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series campaign with another double in the Lone Star State, this time visiting Big O Speedway in Ennis, Texas, on Friday, March 22, and Kennedale Speedway Park in Kennedale, Texas, on Saturday, March 23.
