Dog Hollow Speedway in Strongstown, Pennsylvania- a facility primarily associated with late model racing – hosted the 410 sprint car class for the first time in their young history. Although the facility is only in it’s teens as far as age is concerned, it was a veteran who came out on top- taking the lead from Clinton County recent winner, Bob Howard, and never looking back. Rod George, a Kittanning, Pennsylvania resident and Fully Injected member, picked up his 2nd win in just as many nights; capturing the 30 lapper worth $2500 at Dog Hollow Speedway. There were 18 cars in attendance for the first annual event. The facility plans on having the 410’s back next season for a similar program.

Fully Injected teammate, Scott Priester, continued with his recent Mercer Raceway Park success last night by finishing third in the sprint car main event. This was his second consecutive top 10 performance of the weekend. Fully Injected youngsters, Adam Kekich and Brandon Matus, also added success to the FI weekend by both bringing home top 10 performances at MRP; Kekich was 9th while “The Wheelman” Matus was 10th.

Tyler Walker, the kid from Los Angeles, California, won the historical Kings Royal last night at the Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio. The young man ran second to three time World of Outlaws Champion,Sammy Swindell, for many laps in the $50,000 to win, 40 lap main event; all before disaster struck for the Germantown, Tennessee native. Swindell would cut a tire with just a few hundred yards to race- leaving Tyler Walker with the victory, and Swindell with a runner-up finish. Joey Zambotti adds a new flavor to the Fully Injected team!

Joey Zambotti

Since the start of Fully Injected last December, the main focus of the company was to promote open wheel racing by means of selling merchandise to promote the sport, and offer a full interactive site that keeps up with drivers, teams, and supporters of fully injected and everything open wheel  related. As time has progressed, it seems obvious that other versions of motorsports should be accepted, and new borders should be drown to further expand the Fully Injected horizon. With that, I am pleased to announce that Joey Zambotti of Kittanning, Pennsylvania will now be a part of that mission; but doing it on two wheels.

At the age of 24, Zambotti is no average ‘Joe’ on a motorcycle. With 21 years of experience under his belt and countless hours of traveling, competing, and preparing/maintaining his equipment; Joey has evolved from being a young rookie with a dream, to being a professional in the sport of motocross. In 2009, Zambotti turned ‘Pro’, which was probably the biggest accomplishment of his career thus far.

As far as plans for the remainder of the 2011 sesason, Zambotti plans on competing at  Unadilla and the Steel City Pro Nationals; and not to mention, compete with the Pennsylvania State Championship Series.

Fully Injected is happy to have Zambotti hop on board and help endorse the FI mission and newly created line of gear. He will bring not only a new flavor to the website; allowing for a different taste of media and perspective, but also a whole new audience for Fully Injected and Fully

Keep up with him all summer long here at

and as always; RACE OPEN WHEEL!

Windom and Riggs recent Indiana Sprint Week winners!

Team Fully Injected’s, Scott Priester, will look to duplicate positive finishes from last weekend after scoring a top 10 finish at both Lernerville Speedway and Mercer Raceway Park.

Indiana Sprint Week continues to roll around the state of Indiana in exciting fashion; bringing huge crowds and large car counts. Chris Windom was the winner of round #4 at Terre Haute Action Track in Terre Haute, Indiana on Wednesday evening. The Illinois native not only extended his Indiana Sprint Week point lead with the 30 lap victory on Wednesday night, but it also allowed him to maintain a solid 2nd place in the current USAC National Sprint Car Series standings.

Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, Indiana not only played host to the Indiana Sprint Week series round #5 this evening- but it also welcomed a new face to USAC victory lane. Casey Riggs, a Shelbyville, Indiana native, scored his first career USAC sprint car victory tonight by taking the lead on lap 17 and never looking back. He would lead the remainder of the 1/4 mile  dirt oval contest; holding off multiple time USAC National Champion, Levi Jones, Brady Short, Tracy Hines, and Bobby East. Chris Windom, the current ISW points leader, finished 14th; which still allowed him to maintain his top spot in Indiana Sprint Week points.

They run their Friday night program as if it were a World of Outlaws sanctioned event; complete with time trials. Lincoln Speedway and Port Royal Speedway will both hold Saturday night action. Cory Haas, who took the time to put a Fully Injected decal on his car after believing it could have been a possible good luck charm, recently won the biggest 410 race of his career; winning the $7,000 to win Pennsylvania speedweek opener at Lincoln Speedway just a few short weeks ago. The sprints will race for a $2500 to win purse, which will act as a three race weekend finale for perhaps some of the western Pennsylvania and central PA travelers.

Tuesday night, the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series will head to the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania for the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup. Two 30 lap features will highlight the evening; with both paying $15,000 to win.
