Abbottstown, PA (April 13th, 2013) – After finishing twelfth (12th) in the ‘410’ sprint car main event on Friday evening, April 12th, at the Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; Denver, Pennsylvania’s Alan Krimes would smash that result by earning the ‘410’ sprint car victory on Saturday evening, April 13th, at the Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania. Krimes, who pilots the Conestoga Valley Garage no. 87 ‘410’ sprint car in Central Pennsylvania, drove from the inside of the fourth (4th) row on Saturday evening and rallied seven (7) positions to pick up the Lincoln Speedway main event win during ARCH night. It was Alan Krimes’ first win at the Lincoln Speedway in 2013; as well as his first win in Central Pennsylvania thus far this season.

Krimes would earn the 25-lap, $3,200-to-win main event victory over JJ Grasso and recent Lincoln winner, Jim Siegel. There were twenty-six (26) ‘410’ sprint cars signed in for action on Saturday evening, April 13th. The Conestoga Valley Garage ‘87’ team now has a win to go along with their already earned three (3) top five and five (5) top ten finishes at the Pigeon Hills oval. Alan Krimes set a goal earlier this season to chase the 2013 Lincoln Speedway ‘410’ Track Championship. The victory on Saturday night allowed that goal to become more reachable, as the Denver native continues to place himself higher and higher on the list of track championship favorites. Alan Krimes will be back in action on Sunday evening, April 14th, at the Susquehanna Speedway Park in Newberrytown, Pennsylvania. The ‘410’ sprint cars, along with the ‘358’ sprint cars, will be making one of their rare appearances at the Newberrytown oval on Sunday evening for the ‘4th Annual Sprint Car Spring Classic’ worth $3,500. The ‘Spring Classic’ will be highlighted with a 25-lap main event for the ‘410’ sprinters. Alan Krimes and the Conestoga Valley Garage ‘87’ program will look to keep their winning trend alive, and take home the $3,500 from Susquehanna on Sunday evening.
