Living Legends Dream Race Headlines Upcoming Plans for Brock Zearfoss

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

JONESTOWN, PA (August 2, 2016) – Brock Zearfoss has been strong at Port Royal Speedway in 2016. The Jonestown, Pennsylvania, native currently finds himself fourth in the championship standings, earning multiple top-five and top-ten appearances including a recent fourth place performance on Saturday, July 16. With the annual Living Legends Dream Race just around the corner, Zearfoss will spend the next four days prepping his race team, eager to add another mark in the 2016 win column, as well as subtract the “Speed Palace” from his hit list. The Living Legends Dream race will award a minimum of $10,000 on Saturday, August 6, with $2,000 on the line during each semi-feature.

“We’ve been close a few times this season, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get over that hump,” Brock Zearfoss said. “The Living Legends Dream Race is an event we look forward to each year. It uses a special format, so it gives us something unique to prepare for. I think we found our comfort level at Port Royal, we just need to find a little bit more speed. This team works really hard. If we keep pushing and keep working, the wins will come. We’d love to get one this weekend with big money on the line.”

Before venturing to the Port Royal Speedway “Speed Palace” in Port Royal, Pennsylvania, Brock Zearfoss will once again join the field at the world-famous Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, on Friday night, August 5. The “Jonestown Jet” has one victory at The Grove in 2016, his first ever in a 410 sprint car, occurring back on Friday night, June 3. Other recent results at the paperclip include finishing eighth during feature competition on Friday night, July 29.

“Getting a win at Williams Grove earlier this summer was a game changer for our team,” Zearfoss explained. “That showed our team what kind of potential we have. To be a winner at Williams Grove Speedway is really special. It’s exciting to be a part of that history.”
