Elida, Ohio (May 21st, 2015) – The upcoming Memorial Day weekend will be packed to the brim for Elida, Ohio native Max Stambaugh. ‘Mad Max’ will enter three separate events at three different Ohio venues during the holiday weekend; all three sanctioned by the K&L Ready Mix NRA ‘360’ Sprint Invaders. Stambaugh, pilot of the Specialized Therapy, Biggies Coast to Coast, Triple JJJ, Tim Hogan’s Carpet, Texas Roadhouse, Dale’s Concrete, K & L Ready Mix, Robb Avenue Body Shop, Radio Hospital, no. 6M ‘360’ sprint car, will join the NRA Sprint Invaders at the Limaland Motorsports Park, Waynesfield Raceway Park, and Eldora Speedway during the upcoming weekend. ‘Mad Max’ will hunt for his first NRA Sprint Invaders victory of the 2015 season during the three race stretch; ultimately working to maintain his current series point lead.

“Big weekend ahead” said Max Stambaugh, “This is a great opportunity for us to extend our points lead and get that first win…we’ve been pretty good all year…we have a lot of great sponsors on board with us this year that keep us going up and down the road…this team is a due for a win…if we keep working hard, it will come soon enough.”

The NRA Sprint Invaders will kick-off the upcoming weekend with a visit to the Limaland Motorsports Park in Lima, Ohio on Friday night, May 22nd. After their visit to the Lima bullring, the series will turn their attention towards the Waynesfield Raceway Park near Waynesfield, Ohio on Saturday, May 23rd. The ‘360’ sprint car series will conclude their holiday Ohio sweep on Sunday, May 24th at the Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio.

‘Mad Max’ Stambaugh’s most recent start with the NRA Sprint Invaders resulted in a runner-up finish at the Limaland Motorsports Park on Friday evening, May 8th. The defending series runner-up rallied from the fifth starting position to finish second; officially overtaking the championship points lead.

“This weekend will be a real test to our team” said Stambaugh, “Racing three nights in a row at three different tracks won’t give us much time to regroup or repair if anything goes wrong…hopefully we can stay consistent and accomplish our goals.”
