Rimersburg, PA (August 14th, 2013) – With only three (3) ‘Fab Four’ point races remaining on the 2013 Lernerville Speedway schedule, including this Friday, August 16th, Scott Priester of Rimersburg, Pennsylvania will have just enough time to close-in on the 2013 Lernerville Speedway ‘410’ sprint car track championship. Priester, who pilots the familiar Priester Racing, Metplas, Kaptured by Kirstie, no. 11 ‘410’ sprint car each and every Friday night at the Lernerville 4/10’s mile oval, will enter the Lernerville Speedway pit gates on August 16th currently fifth (5th) in the Lernerville Speedway track championship chase. The former Lernerville Speedway winner trails current sprint car point leader, Brandon Spithaler, by fifty-one (51) markers heading into this Friday’s ‘Fab Four’ event. The final three (3) ‘Fab Four’ point races will be hosted on Friday, August 16th; August 23rd; and concluding with championship night on August 30th.

At this time, Lernerville Speedway’s ‘Fab Four’ racing program on Friday evening, August 16th is the only confirmed date on Scott Priester’s upcoming weekend schedule. The former Challenger Raceway track champion owns multiple top-ten finishes at the Sarver oval, and still has plenty of time to gain ground on the 2013 Lernerville Speedway title. The Rimersburg, Pennsylvania native is winless at the world-famous short track in 2013, but hopes to change that statistic as early as this Friday night.

There is a possibility that Scott Priester, and the Priester Racing ‘11’ operation, may make the hike north to the Sharon Speedway in Hartford, Ohio on Saturday, August 17th; with the intent to take part in the Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series (B.O.S.S.) non-wing program. There is also the possibility that the Priester Racing ‘11’ team may be spotted at the Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway in Imperial, Pennsylvania on Saturday, August 17th; taking part in the annual ‘Red Miley Rumble’ worth over $2,000 to the winner. Both of those possibilities have not been confirmed, nor denied. One thing that is for certain; with Mercer Raceway Park not hosting ‘410’ sprint cars this Saturday evening due to a modified special, the Martha Dionise owned no. 15 sprinter will be parked until the August 24th UNOH All Star event at Mercer Raceway Park. Scott Priester is the full-time pilot of the Dionise Racing no. 15 ‘410’ sprint car.
