Alyson Dietz Will Make 358 Debut in 2016

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

York, PA (January 25, 2016) – For the first time in her young career, 17-year-old Alyson Dietz will dedicate an entire race season toward 358 sprint car competition. The third generation racer will pilot her family-owned, Haas Shocks, ServiceMaster Clean of York & Lancaster, Gardy Enterprises, Godfrey Racing Engines, No. 25D during the upcoming year, making routine starts at the Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania. Dietz, a York native and recent graduate of the 600cc micro sprint class, hopes to follow in her brother’s footsteps and show promise in the Central Pennsylvania 358 ranks.

“This is really exciting” Alyson Dietz explained, “I can’t thank my family and sponsors enough for this chance. My goal from the start has been to move further and further up in division, and this opportunity allows that to continue. I have a lot to learn, but I have a lot of support from my family. We plan to race the same car that my brother (Chase Dietz) won his Lincoln Speedway 358 championship with, so we’ll use his notes and try to point ourselves in the right direction.”

Alyson Dietz will kick-off her 2016 season with select practice dates at Susquehanna Speedway Park near York Haven. Lincoln Speedway will be her main point of focus, with potential visits to the world famous Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg also in the works.

“There are a lot of people behind the scenes that made this opportunity happen” Dietz explained, “I can’t wait to get started.”
