Dietz Family Set for Busy Weekend in Central PA
Alyson Dietz Anxious for First 305 Start

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

York, PA (September 16, 2015) – York native Chase Dietz will continue his 2015 campaign this Friday and Sunday with a pair of 410 sprint car starts back on home dirt in central Pennsylvania. The 410 sprint car rookie will visit Williams Grove Speedway and Susquehanna Speedway Park during the upcoming weekend, ready to work towards a second-career 410 win. “The Grove” will host a regular program on Friday evening, September 18, which also includes standard lap money and incentives. Susquehanna Speedway Park near York Haven, Pennsylvania, now operated by Chase Dietz’s car owner Scott Gobrecht, will continue their Sunday night racing tradition on September 20 with a $3,500-to-win program. Chase Dietz will pilot the familiar Scott Gobrecht, Golf Cart Services, Bad Boy Buggies, ServiceMaster Clean Janitorial Service of York and Lancaster, Gettysburg Rental Company, #44 during both weekend stops.

“Another busy weekend ahead” said Chase Dietz, “I like to race as much as possible so getting to race two or three nights a week is always a plus. Things have been pretty good this year. I can’t thank Scott Gobrecht enough for this opportunity. We were fortunate enough to get a win together earlier this year so we’ll work for a second one this weekend.”

Alyson Dietz, Chase Dietz’s younger sister, will also be on the loud pedal this weekend, ready to make a career-first 305 sprint car start with the PASS Sprint Series. The sixteen-year-old has been active in the 600cc micro sprint ranks this season, but will make the jump into a full size sprint car this Saturday night, September 19, at the Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania.

“Excited for this opportunity” said Alyson Dietz, “My goal is to keep climbing the ranks and eventually work my way into a ‘410.’ I’m not sure what to expect this weekend, but my brother and my uncle have a lot of experience at Lincoln Speedway. I’ll listen to them and use Saturday as an opportunity to get some valuable seat time.”

Alyson Dietz also plans to enter action on Sunday evening, September 20, at Susquehanna Speedway Park. The PASS 305 sprint cars will be on hand, joining the 410 sprint cars for a Sunday evening doubleheader.

“Racing is a truly a huge part of our family” explained Chase Dietz, “Being able to watch my sister move up in division is really special. We are all really excited for the weekend.”
